The orange payment experience
Overview
During my tenure of over 2 years at Rede, I delivered designs across five distinct product squads, collaborating with a team of over 40 designers. My responsibilities encompassed the entire project lifecycle, from conducting user interviews to facilitating seamless handoffs to development teams.
About Rede
Rede offers a wide range of payment processing solutions for businesses, including POS (Point of Sale) machines, online payment gateways, mobile payment solutions, and digital wallets. It operates as a subsidiary of Itaú Unibanco, one of Brazil’s largest banking groups. This relationship provides synergies between Rede’s payment processing capabilities and Itaú Unibanco’s banking services, allowing for seamless integration of payment solutions with banking products and services.

Learnings
In my effort to effectively engage with Salesforce design, I embarked on a learning journey to gain a deep understanding of the platform’s functionality. This enabled me to maximize its potential in my projects, leading to the achievement of an Explorer rank through dedicated participation in Trailhead’s online learning resources.
