Overview

Flapper required updates to its web and mobile applications, encompassing visual and technological enhancements. Concurrently, addressing persistent pain points in the user journey of the company’s primary product was imperative. Through diligent research and implementation of effective user experience practices, existing issues, as well as newly discovered ones, have been successfully resolved.  The updated product designs have been delivered and are presently undergoing development, with the anticipated launch slated for mid-2025.
